Quick Movers offers residential, commercial, and specialty moving services, including packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading. Our services are designed to provide a stress-free moving experience.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Booking and Payment
Booking: Customers can book services via our website or by phone. Bookings are subject to availability.
Parking Tickets: If a parking ticket is received during loading or unloading, the customer must reimburse the full amount.
Payment: A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Quotes: All provided quotes are estimates. Final costs may vary based on actual services rendered, including any additional services or changes in scope.
Non-Payment: If the customer refuses to pay for services, Quick Movers reserves the right to transfer the goods to a designated storage facility.
The customer is responsible for all associated costs.
Legal Expenses: Quick Movers is not responsible for the customer’s legal expenses if any legal action is brought against the company.
Inspection: Quick Movers is not responsible for damages or losses during the moves and once the crew has left the premises. The customer must inspect belongings during unloading and report any damages immediately.
Relocation Process and Duration
Customer Presence: The customer must be present during the entire move.
Move Duration: Duration depends on the quantity of goods, furniture assembly/disassembly time, and distance between locations. We are not responsible if the move takes longer than anticipated by the customer.
Multiple Trips: We do not guarantee all goods will fit in one trip. If another truck is needed, its arrival and size depend on availability and will incur separate charges. Clarify your moving needs to prevent such scenarios.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a fee.
Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their booking with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
Liability and Insurance
Basic Liability: Quick Movers may offer basic liability coverage for items damaged or lost during the move. Ask the team to ensure first.
Additional Insurance: Customers may have the option to purchase additional insurance for higher coverage.
Exclusions: Quick Movers is not responsible for high-value items, perishables, hazardous materials, or items not packed by our team unless otherwise agreed.
Customer Responsibilities
Preparation: Customers are responsible for properly packing and labeling their items unless packing services have been arranged with Quick Movers.
Accessibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that access to the property is clear and that any parking permits or restrictions are communicated in advance.
Limitations and Exclusions
Non-Movable Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, or perishable goods.
Non-Liability: Quick Movers is not liable for delays or damages caused by uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen obstacles.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints: Customers should report any complaints or issues within 24 hours of the move.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, the matter may be taken to consideration.
Requested Note
Quick Movers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers through our website or via email.
